• Handshake with Comms PMO:

  1. Copy and paste those issues from iFast to enclosed excel live tracker (there will be multiple batches)
  2. Ensure those duplicated issues are highlighted out in the tracker, and let us know.
  3. Forward IM team (all member from issue team) those iFast email just in case.

• William Li will first be there to do the triage/reproduce problem to determine whether its DM or APP issues. If its APP issues, then to follow-up by OSC team. If its DM issues, then our team will facilitate the investigation process based on the following three scenarios.

  • Scenario 1: DM table has data, CAS table missing data. Migration issues -> DM team to follow-up
  • Scenario 2: DM table has data, CAS table has data. No migration issues -> Front/Back-end team to follow-up, and to handle by OSC.
  • Scenario 3: DM table missing data, CAS table missing data. -> To confirm the criticality with iFast, SME, and TROB/Trustee. If not critical, then to handle by OSC.
